The impact of COVID 19 on our planet and immediate surroundings is devastating as the global death toll is now beyond 1,784,244. Others have suffered the loss of income while many of us feel the impact of being isolated from our social circles.

The world has changed dramatically, and in particular, how we will communicate with each other in the future. Social distancing now being a reality compels us to explore alternative means of communication. The digital world is now a powerful way to learn and interact, although it can never replace direct contact and physical touch.

During lockdown level 5 I started to develop this program, knowing that many of my clients still need to maintain contact with me. Having this online life coaching program now available enables me to deliver even a higher standard of quality service to the broader public. My online videos and podcasts will take you on an amazing journey of self-discovery and how to make radical shifts during uncertain times.
